How to Dress for Mediation & Court

Style Guide Whitley Adkins Hamlin_Blog post

Guest Contributor: Whitley Adkins

Clothing is oftentimes one’s first form of communication to the world. As you can see in my photo, when it comes to personal style, I tend to lean toward a more is more approach. (How fabulous is that dress?!)

However, dressing for mediation, court or any other similar setting is the time for taking the less is more approach. Neutrals, solids, and uncomplicated lines are ideal over wild hues, patterns, plunging necklines or shorter hem lengths.

I created this graphic to make it easier for you to pull items from your closet together to empower you with confidence. If you’re ready for something new, purchase links are below!

Purchase links for these gorgeous items:

Victoria Beckham Silk Blouse

Marina Mosco Pleated Pencil Skirt

Prada Croc Effect Leather Pumps

Brandon Maxwell Puff Sleeve Wool Blazer

Valextra Leather Top Handle Bag

Hermes Watch

Bottega Veneta Wide Leg Trousers

Stella McCartney Handkerchief Dress

Additional items that are just as chic, but a bit more budget-friendly:

Theory Pants
